Return and Exchange Principles

Return Conditions

Right to return within 14 days: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can notify us and send your product(s) back with the DHL eCommerce Cargo return code within 14 days from the date you received the order, provided that they are in their original packaging, unused and the labels have not been removed. In order for the products to be returned, the return conditions must be followed. After the necessary checks are made, the return shipping fee will be deducted and the product price will be refunded.

Refund to Credit Card 

When your refund request is approved, since you made your payment online using a credit/debit card, the refund will be made through your bank's online payment system, according to the card you used for payment and your payment type.

Depending on the bank's processes and practices, it may take up to 1 week or 10 business days for your refund to be reflected on your card.

The time it takes for your refund to reach your card may vary depending on the internal processes of the relevant bank and there may be delays. We kindly ask you to follow up on these situations through your bank. In addition, refunds for installment payments are made in installments as required by bank processes.

The refund amount will be reflected as a positive balance on your card.

If you paid via EFT/Money Transfer or cash on delivery option, your refund amount will be transferred to your account via bank transfer within 3 business days. 

Change Conditions

To make a size change in the products you have purchased from www.al-tatari.com.tr, it is sufficient to send the product to us. The product(s) sent for change cannot be exchanged with different product(s). 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your product(s) within 30 days from the date you received the order, along with your invoice , provided that they are in their original packaging, unused and with their labels intact. These conditions must be met for the exchange of products.

When your exchange request is approved, your new product will be sent to your address free of charge. If your exchange request is not approved, you will be notified and the product you sent for exchange will be sent back to your address.

Return shipping

The products to be exchanged must be returned complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories (if any) , along with the invoice .

Product packaging must be done in a way that does not damage the original packaging of the product and the products inside.

Shipping must be done with the return code of the cargo companies we have an agreement with. You can obtain the return codes from us.
