How many days will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days. It may vary during holiday and campaign periods.

What are your patterns like?

Our patterns are generally wide. Sample size measurements are included in the product information. The difference between sizes is 4cm.

Are there returns and exchanges?

You can request a return within 14 days after sending the product to us, or an exchange within 30 days. There is no exchange or return for custom-made items.

Do you do custom sewing?

We sew our current products according to your body size or make them longer or shorter according to the length measurement you provide. Custom sewing cannot be done on products that do not have fabric stock. You can contact us beforehand to get information about the product you are considering custom sewing.

Is the showroom always open, how can I come?

The showroom is open between 09:00-18:00 on weekdays and 09:00-13:00 on Saturdays. We recommend that you contact us in advance as service is provided by appointment.

The showroom is centrally located in Kabataş and you can get information about the exact address and directions from our WhatsApp line.

Can I shop without being a member?

You can shop without being a member. If you become a member, you will be the first to know about discounts and campaigns.

Do you ship products abroad?

We send products abroad through our contracted cargo companies.

Which cargo company do you work with?

We work with DHL eCommerce cargo company.

What payment methods can I use for payment?

For your purchases through the website, you can pay by cash on delivery, online credit card and bank transfer/EFT. For custom-made works, payment can only be made by bank transfer/EFT.
